Terms of Service

1. Institutional Scope & Purpose

Talentron operates as a demand-driven bridge connecting corporate technology requirements, engineering colleges, and students. Programs are conducted in alignment with university guidelines, including formal Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi.

2. Program Enrollment & Academic Credits

Participation in technical training tracks and internship cohorts is subject to batch capacity, diagnostic evaluations, and institutional agreements. Award of university academic credits is subject to mandatory student attendance and successful capstone code defense in accordance with university norms.

3. Certificate Issuance & Integrity

Talentron does not issue attendance-only paper certificates. Official certificates of internship are granted solely upon:

• Completion of core curriculum sprints and technical assignments.
• Successful submission of production repository deliverables and test pipelines.
• Satisfactory live defense before designated engineering mentors and tech leads.

Any attempted falsification, unauthorized modification, or duplication of serial numbers will invalidate the credential and may be reported to the affiliated university.

4. Intellectual Property

Code authored independently by students during capstone sprints remains their personal work. Proprietary training frameworks, diagnostic assessments, curriculum modules, and branding are the exclusive property of Shramic Networks Private Limited.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising in connection with the platform or training cohorts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Karnataka, India.
