1. Zero Third-Party Tracking Commitment
We respect user privacy and adhere to data minimization. We do not use third-party tracking scripts, advertising trackers, Google Analytics, social media tracking pixels, or intrusive browser fingerprinting on this platform.
2. How Partnership Inquiries Work
When you use our Talent Configurator or partnership inquiry form on the Partner page, the platform does not transmit your data to an unverified third-party database. Instead, it generates a transparent email draft directly addressed to our corporate email (ceo@shramicnetworks.in). Nothing is submitted until you explicitly click "Send" in your own email service.
3. Candidate & Student Data Protection
For students and interns participating in our technical training cohorts and VTU-affiliated internship tracks:
- Academic records and performance rubrics are maintained strictly for educational assessment and university credit transfer.
- In accordance with privacy best practices, public sample certificates omit personal student names and university identification numbers (USNs).
- Credential validation is performed against authorized serial numbers on the official registry.
4. Compliance with the DPDP Act (India)
We process personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. As a Data Fiduciary, Shramic Networks Private Limited implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and lawful processing.
